Would cardboard still be an okay material to use for this spot as it is attached the head and subject to high temperatures. Thoughts?

Can anyone direct me to where I can order 12mm replacement nuts for the exhaust manifold system. I’m in Canada and the Mazda dealerships don’t seem to have them here, so if anyone knows somewhere online I can order that would be so helpful!

Also, thanks for the suggestions everyone, I need to find out if it is the head gasket now or if the head is gone too, the shop it’s at is taking forever to get back to me so trying to figure some of this out on my own.
