Errr....the straightforward replacement for the Bongo headlight, is a Bongo headlight
The quad ones are Vauxhall Astra Mk 3, or you can try BMW E39 headlights...either choice is a custom DIY fit, and not a straight swap

... that any lighting was accepted as adequate.... Headlights won't be a problem, as OPEL / Vauxhall Astra lights fit, and carry the CE mark Cheers Helen
