That's the Willinton kit setup, the two wires go back under the bonnet to a 4 position fuse box connected to the L/B, only two fuses are used in this configuration, the blinds have not been connected.

Willinton does a really neat Bongo kit that hooks the leisure battery into what ever 'camper van' fused circuit you want .. Just as an extra to the above reply,the Willinton kit comes with instructions and leads to patch into the fuse box so your blinds,radio and interior lights will run off the leisure battery.
