Bored with Butties "nearly live" phase 38a

Talk about non-Bongo stuff. BUT KEEP IT CLEAN....there are children watching. Smut, filth, and anything offensive will not be tolerated and removed immediately.

Bored with Butties "nearly live" phase 38a

Post by Muzorewa » Sun Sep 19, 2010 7:59 pm

An impromptu Bored with Butties as we arrived at Silverstone with all the gear but minus the grill for the barbie. No bother, we can use a frying pan on the barbie and we always have emergency supplies, just in case

Image
Pot Noodles, Spam & beans

Image
Get an assistant to set fire to the barbie....

Image
....no need to wait, it’s ready to cook on immediately 8)

Image
Slice up some premium Spam....

Image
....pour boiling water on your selected flavour of Noodly delight....

Image
Barbie is ready for cooking burgers now if we had any :?

Image
Tip the Noodly pots into a frying pan – now I know this looks like Pavement Pizza at this stage but stick with it, it does get better :?

Image
Add the Spam....

Image
....and mix it all in, note there’s no way of turning the gas down on this stove....

Image
....add the beans....

Image
....and keep it all moving, apart from the stuff already welded to the bottom of the pan....

Image
....now come on, own up, who else has parsley in their fridge, just in case?

Image
Go on, you know you want to

Image
And after all that, the parsley goes in the fire :?

Glad I suggested the Parsley....... adds just that little bit of needed colour...

It did look nice when you were cooking your latest "one pan meal"......and nice to have been in the audience...

Wonderful, as ever!

Carrying parsley around? Another case for my firm belief that my Bongo must be smaller than everyone else's. I couldn't fit a sprig of parsley in if I tried (unless, I suppose, I carried it in my pocket  )

Three excellent ingredients beautifully blended. Well done.
Hope you had permittion off the Pot Noodle Godfather to use his beloved food in such a radical way.

Apart from us, Bulwell Bongoleers and MikexGough on Litchlake Farm, there was another white AFT on there and then in the main carpark we saw a white AFT and a green AFT, the green one was right near the main entrance on Saturday.

There was a Neat Green in our field......noticed a BF "wake up to a different view" decal on the AFT on Sunday....but the occupants had gone to the circuit... #-o before I had noticed Bongo ......it was easier when the sea of tents had gone...

Anyway......is there to be a "Live" Bored with Butties at Silverstone?....
