To make life easy you can go down to your local Asian convenience store and get this type of thing....
Then all you need to do is get a kilo of lamb mince, 150g chana dal and a couple of onions....
Add the mince, chana dal, onions, chillies and a sachet of the spice mix to a pan....
....fry for an hour or until the chana dal are soft....
....then mix in a couple of eggs....
....form into patties....
....and fry....
Meanwhile, mix some yoghurt, chopped cucumber and mint sauce together 
....Easy-Peasy
