This is for those of you who were a little squeamish at the offal in the last two offerings, none in this although I’m not 100% sure what went into that linguiça
Really easy to do, pretty well just bung everything in and leave the flavours to get to know one another. And just for Brian (Bongoplod) you can’t miss the opportunity of mixing meat & shellfish

Diced pork...

...prosciutto & linguiça...

...onion, garlic, paprika & piri-piris...

...tomatoes...

...parsley, coriander & a dollop of white wine...

...looking promising...

...simmer for 45 minutes...

...Hmmm, just add some clams...

...¡Voila!
