Ours just both failed, only had it six months, and at only 42k miles :(
Bongo-friendly garage quoting about 450 to fix them, but they've already tried once and still leaking, so they say there may be a problem with the shaft itself (one of the two seals has held so far) :( :(

Hi,

Had mine done recently, bought the cam seals from auto jap spares on 024 76 474 848. Had them ex stock and good price.

Also factor in new cambelt and possibly water pump whilst you have it all apart as alot has to come out to get at them, may as well do the other stuff there at the same time.

It's a complex involved job so make sure you use a garage that knows the bongo well.

.....and has the petrol Bongos engine workshop manual, for correct disassembly/reassembly sequences, torque settings, clearances, etc., if you want a good result without unnecessary potential for further problems. Available from the Bongo Shop, if they haven't got it.
