Re: heater needs a fix?
So today I striped the heater down, seems somebody cut a wire (there are 2 on a plug that plug into another then the fblower)
seems the blower works but only 1 speed (fast) via the off on switch. cut that wire and re conected the other nothing works (up front) back fan ok so no problems there. took fan speed switch out & checked plug at rear ,seems ok multitester gave readings when it (the switch)was turned to diff settings,so at a loss think there is no power getting to blower via the rotory switch, anybody got a diag of wireing for blower?or can point me in right direction, did notice that on intake there are multiple wires going to what looks like sensors on the air box the spade clips looked a little worse for wear, could they have anything to do with it not working, have no warning lights on dash coming on tho.
thanks
steven
ps got hold of a digital heater panel + plug and bit of wireing is it poss to replace the older heater panels with the digital ones?

The wiring Diagrams are online see here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... =3&t=36657
Just make sure you select the right type from the contents page
As regards changing manual to digital, I suspect not, you will need extra servos and the resistor pack is changed for a transistor in the same location, there is also a factsheet on the repair of both types here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/member ... sistor.pdf
