IMPORTANT: Please note that the only field available for camping is ‘23 acre field’, which is the first one on the left after the official campsite entrance. The rest of the park is needing repair (following Lakefest probably!). I have been assured that as at today, 14/09, there are only 23 pitches booked for our weekend, so many of those are likely to be ours. Please pass the word and look for our group on arrival.

This is becoming a classic meet!! How many years has it been so far?

Campsite bookings open for September. £13pn. Park closes on following Friday.

Book and pay direct on the Eastnor Castle website if you want to join us at this meet.

There's no toilets or showers. You must have your own facilities - even if only a toilet tent!

Tap and tank only. Dog-friendly but please keep them under control (unless your name is Ruca and Haydn is there with his treats – no chance). Fabulous walks within and from the Deer Park but no buses to and from Ledbury. Just under 3 miles to walk to Ledbury over the hill and possible to walk a circular route to avoid a linear walk. Fantastic pub with lunches in Ledbury - Prince of Wales. Another walk along the ridge to the Wellington pub and if you’re brave, along the top of the hills to the motorcycle café.

Fishing is complimentary for campers. Brilliant views of the Castle and valley. If there's a wedding on at the Castle, we get a free firework display (usually). Half price entry to the Castle for campers (perhaps – you’d have to ask at the Castle for this now that the ranger doesn’t come round with the vouchers).

When you book via the website, you'll be given the gate code to enter the Deer Park campsite. Note it's not the entrance opposite the Castle but further up the main road towards Hollybush (away from Ledbury). About 200 yards on the left.

We usually park up in the second main field on the left in the middle of the horseshoe track. The field is called Boneyard!

This will be a chilled meet, no loud music please. Firepits above ground usually allowed with a fire blanket underneath (depending on weather). Please protect the grass.

After talking to quite a few people at the Bash about Eastnor, I thought I'd add a post to bump up this meet.

Sorry I cannot work out how to add a Word doc showing the Map. Map is available on Eastnor's website: https://eastnorcastle.com/wp-content/up ... p-2022.pdf. Click on Link here.

Glad everyone made the best of it, we’re still in Yorkshire, where the weather has been pretty kind.
