There are 3 ways to order.

Postage & Packing

Postage & packing is included in the price quoted, although a £1 surcharge is levied for orders totalling £10 or less. Usually, orders received by 1pm are despatched the next working day. Orders received after 1pm are despatched within 48 hours. Depending on the weight and destination of the consignment, we use Royal Mail, TNT, Parcelforce or Fastway Couriers. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you want something in a hurry, use the Express Delivery service.

If you need delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, there may be a supplement payable. See here for details.

Our Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any goods, for any reason, within 7 days of receiving them. If you wish to return goods, they must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of the original delivery note. Please note that you can only return tents or awnings if they have not been removed from the box. You are responsible for postage charges. All goods returned must be in resaleable condition, otherwise no refund can be given. Refunds will be made via the original payment system, i.e. credit/debit card, Paypal/Nochex or cheque.

Under the Sale of Goods Act, faulty goods, or goods received that are "not as described" can be returned within 28 days. A replacement will be issued, or if that is not possible a full refund will be given. If you wish to return goods, you must include a copy of the original delivery note. We will refund your postage charges, which should be the cheapest Royal Mail service available. Refunds will be made via the original payment system, i.e. credit/debit card, Paypal/Nochex or cheque.

Express Delivery

Although all items on this page include postage, it can take 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive. To guarantee your goods arrive the next working day, you should select one of the following options and pay the supplement indicated. Orders must be received by 1pm to qualify for this service. Not available for Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland or Isle of Man.

1	This category is for all the following heavy items. Goods despatched by Parcelforce 24 hour service or by Fastway Couriers. Filter set, brake discs, all Camping Equipment, mattresses, roofbeds, airbeds, head gasket bolt set & clutch kits. Also all orders where total weight is more than 2kg. Phone or email if unsure.	£12
2	This category is for everything else, as long as the total weight is less than 2kg. Goods will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed for 1pm next working day).	£5.50
3	If you want an item delivered by 9am the next working day, there is a one-off payment of £15. This can only be used where the total weight of your consignment is under 2KG. Phone or email if unsure. Orders must be received by 1pm.	£15.00

Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Highlands & Islands Supplement

From 21 August 2006, Parcelforce have introduced supplements for items delivered to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Therefore, if you order any of the following items, a £10 supplement will be payable. Goods will take an extra day to arrive (cheers, Parcelforce!). So the normal Parcelforce 48 service will take 3 days.

Roofbeds, Roofbars, Awnings, Exhausts, Towbars, Privacy Screens (Full Set), Brakediscs, & All Packs Over 2kg.
