Hello! I'm Adrian John, and although you probably wouldn't believe it for a moment, I actually own a Bongo! Yes, it's true! (Ask Ian!) 27/11/11: Roof There's a new troubleshooting guide for the elevating roof. See here. 22/11/11: Thieves Watch out if you live in North & East London. We have had reports of at least 6 thefts of Bongos in the last week. 22/11/11: USB Drives These are a neat gift idea and are available from Algy's Autos. See here. 20/11/11: Busy Day Nurse has been busy in the clinic responding to questions about juddering and the fuel filler flap. 20/11/11: Amendments There have been some revisions to the Paint and Bikerack fact sheets. 20/11/11: Swivel Seats A new video has been added in the members area. 09/11/11: Rear Wheel Bearings These are now stocked in the Bongo Shop (miscellaneous section). 08/11/11: Kerry's Bongo This has been added to the gallery. 06/11/11: LEZ It has been agreed with Transport for London (TfL) that no Bongos or Fredas should be subject to the London Low Emission Zone Charge. However, there are some anomalies on the TfL database. See this Forum discussion for advice on what to do. 02/11/11: Bumpers! We now stock pre-99 bumpers in the External section of the club shop. 02/11/11: Christmas! Oh no! It's nearly here again! So now is a good time to buy some Bongo themed Christmas cards or even a Bongo poster. See the "Gifts" section in the club shop. 24/10/11: New Item We now stock air intake temp sensors. See the coolant section in the Bongo Shop. 22/10/11: Alternators Did you know that you can get a 100 amp new (not recon) alternator for only £175 delivered? Or your existing alternator refurbished from just £55? See the offers section in the members area. 22/10/11: Bio-Diesel Is it bad for you? If you allow it to settle in your fuel lines, then maybe it is. See the Bongo Clinic for further details. 22/10/11: Amendments "Green Opal" has been added to the Paint fact sheet. And there's a new Bongo friendly garage in Oswestry. 19/10/11: Low Emission Zone If you live in London have received a letter from Mayor Boris telling you about the £100 a day charge, then this new fact sheet/info pack tells you what you have to do. The Imperial Car Company have launched the only after market electric roof for the Bongo. It has taken many years and man-hours of development (it says here). We will review this as soon as we can. 26/09/11: Manx Bongo Jason & Kate's joy has been added to the gallery. 25/09/11: Revision The hoses fact sheet has been revised to include some more diagrams showing the relative position of the hoses. 24/09/11: Rescue Tape This incredible heat resistant, waterproof, silicone tape is now back in stock. See the miscellaneous section in the Bongo Shop. 23/09/11: Meetings Update The dates for next year's meetings at Looe and Bakewell have been finalised. See here. 06/09/11: Major Revision The "Fuel Gauge Sender Unit" fact sheet has been revised to show different methods of earthing the unit. 06/09/11: London Emissions Zone Update Some Bongo owners who live in London have received notice from Transport for London (TfL) that their vehicles will be non-compliant from January 2012 and that they will be liable for the daily £100 charge. To get around this you may need to get your details on the V5 changed. See this Forum discussion for latest information. 06/09/11: Garages The database has been amended. We have a new one in Brixham, and the details for Allans Vehicle Services have been amended. 29/08/11: Read All About It!
