The bolt is a m12 with a 19mm nut. On the original link there is a collar ball joint side which would fit against the bar then at the back of that is where you can put a 14mm spanner to hold the link. I assume lots have been replaced so I just wondered if the washer goes on that side.

Drop link washer

Hi - Can anybody help. I have purchased a pair of drop links. The new ones come with a washer and locking nut rather than a collared nut. Which side does the washer go as the replacement link only has a 14mm nut on the link rather than a collar and looks a little small against the roll bar location ...

Thanks to everyone for your response. Sorry for not responding but been away enjoying the bongo. I will do as suggested as it is a knocking sound, but it really isn't that bad now I'm putting some miles on it. It had been stood more or less for a year before I purchased it. The tyres are quite new ...

Hi - I know this topic has been covered but I thought I would ask the question. When driving the I get a rumble from the front on both sides when going over rough roads.
