Cylinder head coolant pipe gasket

Just replacing my cylinder head and the head gasket set was missing the coolant pipe gasket. This is fitted in front of the inlet manifold gasket.
Got the following from the local Ford dealer by quoting a random Ford Ranger reg.
3 559 750 (Ford part number) which is the correct metal gasket.

Fitting bleed elbow to new head

Hi, struggling with fitting the Bongo bleed elbow to my replacement cylinder head. Tried freezing it but no luck. Thought about freezing the elbow and warming the head up in the oven (when good lady at work). Any advice before trying this method?
Many thanks.

Re: metal coolant pipe

Hi,

just wondering if anybody has changed the small bore metal coolant pipes under the front seats? I bought the three of them along withe the 12 other hoses and clips from my local Mazda dealer and wondered if there are any hints or tips before I tackle the job.

Many thanks.

Re: coolant hose

Try the Lushprojects drawings also hosted on this site and you translate the diagram part number to a mazda number via the links on the left hand side of the drawing. Part number is in the format of WL011****. As mentioned previously you can order these direct from a mazda dealer and arrive in a few...

Re: Header Tanks

Hi all, I removed mine while overhauling the cooling system and used cooling system flushing chemical with rice to provide abrasive action. After blocking up the two holes with suitable sized drill bits wrapped in electrical tape ( or any other suitable method) I added the chemical and the rice and ...
