Re: Show us yer insides

Here is a link to my web page http://www.trxbloke.webspace.virginmedia.com/bryansite/Mazda_Bongo.html showing the design and building of my Bongo. Seats now have cupboards built in to their frames as well.
It works well, but the limited clothing storage is an issue at times, and the limited ...

Re: My designs for anyone that wants them

Kitchen unit now completed, still awaiting seats. So far all working out as designed, which is remarkable given that I designed it on my Mac using Google Sketchup.

Re: LED side lights

Why not put warm white LEDs in instead of bright white. Then there wont be a significant difference in the colour wrt the main headlight colour.

I'm just ordering a set of warm white from eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2pcs-T10-W5W-194-168-Car-Warm-White-12-SMD-5050-1-5W-LED-Light-Bulbs-DC-12V ...

Re: Cabinet alteration help please

Did you try the Waeco CRP-40, with the detachable compressor? Thats what most Bongo's have if they have a fridge. What dimensions are your doors? and how deep are the cupboards they reveal? Have a look at http://www.obrienscamping.co.uk/Fridges ... crp-40.htm.

My designs for anyone that wants them

As I have posted in reply to another thread ...

I'm in the process of doing a half side conversion, the rear half, which will give me a full width bed to the legs, or 2 singles, using the front seats as the bottom of the bed, and new rear seats which will drop down to form the head end of the bed(s ...

Re: Side Conversions - Size Matters and I need help!

I'm in the process of doing a half side conversion, the rear half, which will give me a full width bed, or 2 singles. I have finished the design, and am waiting for the chairs/beds to be built.
I have finished building my sink/cooker/fridge/gas and water unit which is 80cm long and 60cm deep. It ...

Glow plug relay

Our Bongo is a rough starter, chuggy, black smoke etc. ok when warm tho'.

A bit better since the diesel pump seals were sorted at a service. They didn't change the glow plugs though, but said if I do, I would need to change the relay also, or I would kill the new plugs.

What is the Bongo Fury ...
