Learned that the hard way yesterday but then I did think the speckled primer look on my glasses was quite good!

This one still seems to be there. Used this on my 95 AFT but think more modern ones require something different?

Accessing Rear O/S Blind Mechanism

Hi All, My o/s rear blind has seized. it doesn't work on the switch and can't be moved by hand, so I want to have a look at the operating mechanism but have no idea how to get to it. Assume I'll have to remove all the trim, but how is it fixed. Unbolt the split rear seat, seatbelt mounts and grab ha...

B&B prices the other one
Was at Gibraltar farm in Easter break and paid £14 a night for me and the two kids for non hook up which I didn' t think was too bad. Definitely no good for wild swimming though.

Re: Camping locations for kids?

If you fancy the coast and not too far away I can recommend these two sites on Morecambe Bay as good for kids / family friendly.

Couldn't resist it! Not going to be able to make this one but if there's a meet for the Steam Fair then we should be there.

Hope you all have a good one.

Re: Allithwaite May Bank Holiday Meet 1st May to 4th May 201

Hey Mike, Will be lovely to meet Lucy and her friends. I would like to say we are not a charity but actually the field is and it is £10 a night for non hook up. Sorry I didn't make it clear I am so used to our regulars. Jo xx Excellent Jo and we'll sort out any payment. Still got to decide if all c...

Re: The Oldest Bongo Still On The Road

Not that I can understand much of what the site is telling me but the date is showing as:

17.05.95

Chassis number ends 140

According to the V5 it was first registered in Uk on 01.08.99, that seems pretty early?

Re: North West Autumn Bash & Beer/Cider festival

Was talking to a Silverdale resident last weekend who was highly recommending the beer festival and the Woodlands is on my must visit list of pubs. So I'm a strong possible for this.

Re: eBay madness (not the Bristol chap)

Hi I was bidding on a quechua base seconds shelter, my max bid was around £50, it eventually sold for £155! They only cost £139 brand new.    http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/201313195791?nav=WATCHING_ENDED Supply and demand I think! As they stopped making them and there is not mu...

Re: Insurance

Rang 2gether and got £50 off, so as £258 seems reasonable I've gone with them today. So today I've renewed insurance for the Mrs's Fiat Panda and got that down by £33 with Churchill as their on line quote was cheaper than the renewal and the Bongo down by £50. Worth spending a couple of hours on-lin...

Re: Insurance

It depends who you are, what you are and where you are. What may be best for you may not be best for anyone else. E.G. I've just had a cheapest quote from Lloyds Bank Insurance through confused.com for £160.65. Check on confused for yourself but I doubt if Lloyds will be cheapest for you. Just rece...

Re: Whisper

Pete,

My lad loves the Paul O'Grady programme (The family outvote me and we have to turn over from George Clarke and his Amazing Spaces), So am I right that Whisper was featured last week along with you and your good lady at home?

Excellent work by Battersea and you both!
