Thank you for he suggestions thus far. First I will try my local trusted Garage to see if they will refit the sunroof. I don't know if that is possible without breaking the existing one. I had though about simply filling the channel with silicone sealant. That will be the fall back option.

Yes it has rained a lot recently. Found my bongo very damp inside on the folded tent and the roof fabric soaking. Water sat n the channel around the fixed skylight has seeped inside. I wondered if there was a good way to fix this. Is the skylight removable? Anyone else already fixed similar problem ...
