hello . my aft has started to come away at the top frt edge. the screws have pulled out of the plastic locators. is this a common problem and is there a fix

good morning. I have a few questions about my bongo if any of you good people can help. first. the rear wiper has stopped working and the central locking from drivers door has too. now I know that the wires split in the drivers door but could they be related? its a n plate.
