Thanks Teenmal, I bought a couple of bearings a while back for the a/c tensioner pulley. I never used them as found fault was elsewhere. I've bitten the bullet and ordered a complete pulley. £50 still silly money for what it is though. If I'd had the dimensions I'm sure I could have found something ...

Hi all my tensioner pulley (15-940, N3A11594Y) is knackered. Found one for c£50. Does anyone know of a cheaper one or a compatible version please? Tia

Gutted! Out and about today, still misfiring and spluttering. Thought I heard pinking when going uphill at one stage. Hi all!
Well i fitted the new Denso plugs on Saturday and i really dont want to tempt fate but its been 100% good since then. Having said that im intrigued about the idle speed control valve. Also has anyone cleaned the plenum chamber and butterfly valve?

Good name .. Check Euro parts webb site or Google them as they also have special voucher offers .. it was 25% off this week end .. You describe it as stutters, does it seem as though it is about to stall and then recover? Does this only happen on idle? Hi it does seem its going to stall when it happens around tickover.
