all the paint work done now just got to sort heater matrix

hi can anyone tell me were the front heater matrix is hiding as getting faint smell of antifreeze through heater when on blow tia

sorry been sorting out for mot (passed no advisory's) new bearing had fallen apart so got halfshaft with bearing on replaced unit all good now just waiting for painting now had new arches fitted, sills and inner sills welded

off road at the moment when its not raining will draw out half shaft and have a good look see if it needs replacing

half shaft is moving in and out of axle and pushing the brake disc against the outer arm of the calliper .
just taken the wheel and Caliper and disc off, and I can move the half shaft in and out the axle about a good 1/2"

any good repairers in Essex area please found someone in local area said he would do chassis, sills, wheel arches, but will not use the sprinter arches I bought off ebay says to thin metal he can make better himself ( quote around £600 the lot ) if I remove seats and side panels for his fire watche...

hi dose anyone have ideas why my rear half shaft is moving out of the axle and making the disc rub on the caliper ?

found water has been inside control box and made a rusty area on one corner not sure if this helps with raising the roof all my photos to large to !upload

Hi my roof warning light on the dash lights up on starting but goes out after about 10 seconds with hand brake on and in park roof not moving have checked hand brake switch all ok when pressing roof up switch get beeping but no movement dose the light need to stay on ?

hi, bearing replaced easier than I thought in fact a doddle all brakes including new brake pipe from local motor factors £6 bleed brakes today ... Davies on the road again....

still no luck with finding someone to get rear half shaft bearing off and new one on looks like a DIY job coming up at the week end
