Just an update on this, I’m still unable to run on lpg without it cutting out on idle, I need to sort the ignition side out. I’m thinking a new coil pack, can these be purchased separately rather than buying a new distributor?

I think I might have found the problem. On closer inspection I could hear a arcing noice/spark and found it was coming within the internal coil pack on the distributor.
