New CAT and new 2 Wire Engine Temperature Sensor. CO reading down from 7.194% to a more respectable and passable 0.039% !! Heh, they're designed for easy access aren't they, might have to go and but some crowsfoot sockets.

Stripped the airbox off to inspect the flexi pipe, clean the MAF sensor and its plug again today. Ran the gas analyser after getting it nice and hot. Fast idle it shot up from 2.0% to about 7.1% - 7.4%, when throttle was lifted it dropped down to about 2.0% again - which is a pass for the non-cat te...

Cool, ta - 20 ft lbs give or take. What I thought, but just couldn't find it anywhere !

Any hints for removing the rocker covers, drivers side 4 cap nuts, 6 shouldered nuts, 2 bolts on the belt cover, cannae shift it at all, maybe not enough oomph in the right place !? ;-)

Does anyone actually know the official figure for the torque setting for the spark plugs ?

Been searching but can't find a definitive answer.

Just nipping it up isn't an option in my OCD world ! ;-)
