*Update* I eventually got around to carrying out the work on the Bongo today ๐

Oh ya thats true! The vacuum would split a old hose easily. Il have a good look at them before i attempt it Do you know roughly how much coolant the Bongo takes? Is there any need to put sealer on the water pump or is the gasket provided ok?

Ya the most important thing is to not have any air in the pipes and the vacuum sorts that! I actually have a spare coolant cap so i can saulder a fitting on top of it to accept the hose

Thanks for the replies! I had a good look in the members area and found the parts list :D My local factors had everything in stock except for the waterpump, thats coming in on Monday! Il change the Timing Belt next weekend. I had a good look through the bleeding procedure so wish me best of luck 8) ...

Thanks a million! Id be looking for an Oil, Air and Fuel filter. Front pads and Discs Timing belt kit with water pump Thermostat Like i said i used get parts sent over from mazdabongo.com but custom charges has made it very expensive. Im a signed up member so i think i have the discount in the shop ...
