Quick question - are the windscreens the same on all models? Autoglass claim to have repaired 60 Bongos in the last year and wondering if it's just that I haven't been able to put my year (2003) into the online system.

Would this be the correct windscreen on their system for my car?

Well Autoglass have told me they can't replace my screen? Have I somehow asked for the wrong screen? My insurance company has contacted them and got the same response. What are the options now?!

Just asking both those who've responded. Was it a repair you had, or a complete replacement windscreen? They said they had to order a windscreen in and then told me they couldn't get one.

We have a crack in our windscreen which is getting bigger. Autoglass were contacted as part of our insurance but we are still waiting after over a week as they have to order a new windscreen in. We have just bought a Bongo and are wondering if the middle row of seats can be reverses to face the back row. Our model is a Bongo Friendee Aero City Runner, 2002 model.

We were also wondering how easy it is to swap the lap belts for proper seatbelts or at least ones that are safer.
