Re: Dr Bongo Plymouth

Yeah I guess so, I ordered from Bongo Spares in the end, no disrespect to them, I was just staying local. Well, trying to!
Bongo Spares were great so won’t bother going elsewhere.

Voucher Code

Hello, was looking to order from bongo parts and they stated that there’s a discount with the current voucher code from here. Does anyone know where I can find it or knows what it is?

Re: CRUISE CONTROL

Well what an unbelievable stroke of luck. I did another Google search and it took me to a three year old Facebook post. Someone was after the instructions for one but I read the conversation anyway. A post said that there’s an Australian packaged one which is identical called Command AP60B, and a ...

CRUISE CONTROL

Hi everyone. I’d love to have CC fitted and I’ve seen some old threads on here about it. Having trouble locating the parts, recently spoke to Apollo but they don’t know where or when they’ll be getting any from. Anybody have any suggestions?

The lower wattage wire ended bulbs used to be available from CPC just make sure you move the coloured sleeve and base for the wires across to the new lamps https://cpc.farnell.com/c/electrical-lighting/light-bulbs-tubes/filament-bulbs?st=wire%2Bended%2Bbulbs

Thanks Geoff found them but can’t find anywhere that sells them with the correct plastic base. Found some on Temu which look similar.

Re: illumination on the digital heater control

Hello everyone. I’m trying to get to the bulbs that light up the heater buttons. Any tips how to get to them? I’ve had a look after removing the unit from the dash, I can see a brass screw either side that secures the unit retaining clips but haven’t gone any further as seems a lot just to replace ...

Dr Bongo Plymouth

Hello. Does anyone know whether Dr Bongo is still trading? I’m after a wiper arm and they’re close to me. Phoned them and it answered as HIQ Tyres and when I mentioned Bongo this stroppy bloke said, we don’t sell parts. I tried to ask about Dr B and he snapped something about online and put the ...

Re: Radio not working after blowing 12v fuse

Hi Geoff, I wasn’t able to upload the videos, maybe too long? Would it be possible to WhatsApp or email them to you? I rechecked the fuses and replaced a couple of rusty ones and now the radio and 12v are permanently on even with the key removed!
