Re: V6 stalls when warm, no spark
There isn't a lot of info on the sensor, my guess is it would be a solenoid or a semiconductor for detecting a magnet on the rotor, but there are other methods possible but the diagrams just treat it as a module top right below, it appears to have +12v (A), Earth (B) and the output lead going to the...

Re: V6 stalls when warm, no spark
Yes its been reported before that they fail when hot, there are replacement ones on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=Mazda+Bongo+Friendee+2.5+V6+Pick+up+sensor+fits+inside+distributor+repair+kit Assuming this is of course the problem, probably best to get it checked out electrically first...

Re: Midge-proof netting
Didn't seem to have problems provided there are no tears in the netting, it gets very brittle with age on the older vans.

Re: Central locking
Its mounted inside the door just below the lock, you need to remove the door trim and open the sealing plastic to gain access these pictures are about replacing the door loom wiring but also show the location of the door lock wires etc http://www.g8dhe.net/bongo_images/Drivers_door_loom/index.php?in...

Have you drained and replaced the ATF from the gearbox as well ? Remember there is a lot of oil held in the Torque convertor as well.

Re: Central locking
Welcome aboard!
Sounds like the solenoid motor just isn't developing enough power either the lock is jammed/out of alignment or the solenoid has failed. If the remote fob module is responding to they key then its not the radio link side that is the problem

Re: Short in alternator loom, 100A fuse blows
Normally its the diode block in the alternator that is damaged and then shorts out the feed to the 100 Amp fuse. Normally quite a quick fix if you have a suitable alternator/starter repair shop local to you, mine was just 24 hours can't remember the cost but a lot cheaper than a replacement alternat...

Yes what is the question ? As a crude adjustment its normal to tension it so that by fingers alone you can twist the belt 1/4 of a turn i.e. 90 degrees.

Ah good to hear, yes they do make quite a bit of cleaning and getting a good adhesion to the glass in the manual. Not had this problem myself yet, but I'm sure with time it will come!

Do you have a Flashing Hold light as this indicates if you have an ECU error recorded, if its not flashing then unlikely to have an ECU error details of error codes and how to read them is shown here http://www.philmcfadden.co.uk/MazdaDiagnosticBox.htm

Re: AFT skylight leak - failed repair
How strange, are you able to work out where it's leaking? Maybe some food colouring dye and a watering can?
Could you have a crack in the plastic surround perhaps?
There are instructions in the Service Manual on removing but it sounds like you have already done that.

Re: AFT skylight leak - failed repair
Welcome aboard! Mumm, are you sure its leaking and not simply condensation ? Might be worth checking after before rain is due, and then after to see if its rain water, or maybe in the morning after its cooled down overnight and condensation has settled on the glass and then when you drive it runs to...

Presumably a diesel ? Did it get very hot ? Head gaskets don't normally fail but cracked heads is a common result.

In the "B" pillar is a yellow control module, this contains a dual relay (sealed type) and relevant circuit, diagrams available in the online diagrams if you use a browser capable of Flash; low quality screen grabs below;
