... will be whatever you agree with the seller. However - Make sure the runners haven't been removed or covered over by the flooring. That will complicate things. :wink:

I put ply in my bongo and still have the runners for the rear seats. I'm pretty sure I posted pictures on here at the time but it wasn't too hard. My bongo is converted but I still have factory seats. I also noticed most guides do it in two pieces, ...

Flooring without converting
... Has anyone floored their van and kept the original seats - specifically the rear folding seats? It seems awkward to cut ply to fit around the runners for the middle row and then would have to cut out sections for the support bars for the rear seats - just wondering how anyone else has approached ...

We've been thinking about trying to improve the flooring in the Bongo. Just after a bit of advice from those who have changed theirs. ... http://www.southernbongos.co.uk/midconversions.html You just can't see the runners on those pictures, we currently have the same mats etc though.

... it down, plus the side door step covers the edge, and the rear door is held down by the plastic strip. I suppose you could use the bolts from the runners to hold it down if needed.

Nice job there dave. Can you remember what size bolts you used in the runners for the box? Sorry Alan don't know the size offhand (i think they were 10mm), all i did was take a handful of random sized bolts from the shed to the bongo and see which slid into ...

Looks like a good job there mate. How do you go about removing the seat runners and how do you know where to attach them again? The seat runners on mine were held down with 6 bolts (short runners) you can see the bolts in the second picture. I don't use the ...
