its similar but i believe that bit fits into the head on the engine,my leak is further forward about 600mm below the expansion tank.thanks for taking time to have a look tho.tay

hi all,after springing a leak thought i'd better have a look to see if i could find it.so ramps out engine undertray off and lo and behold there it is,the smaller hose of the two which comes out of the expansion down to the metal tree type thingy leaking like a good un. after a bit of a faff managed...

hi,i have had a similar thing with mine.get van up on ramps or axle stands and remove the tray which covers the underside or the engine.you can get a better look at some of the pipes by doing this.the hose which was/is leaking on mine comes down from the expansion tank to a metal tree.also have a lo...

you could have the same problem as me number 1 exhaust stud on manifold may have sheared off

i think it must be leaking from somewhere else,just found a post where it says bubbles can be seen coming from manifold when engine is running,which must be exhaust gasses due to the stud being broken.not had any of the noises usually reported with the stud being broken tho

hi guys,while on holiday started losing a small amount of coolant,alarm going off every 3 days or so.checked all hoses and found no leaks and had no issues with overheating.just had a closer look tonight and after taking heat shield off found this http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii260/tay2008_01/...
