Looks like you might have fitted the wrong battery, check the terminal connections to make sure that they are fitted the correct way round.

Re: Diesel heater bracket
Hi Andrew, just a wee bit of advice, make sure you notify your Insurance Company if you intend fitting a Chinese diesel heater to your vehicle and have it added to your cover.Failing to do so could Void your policy.

Re: 2.0L Ticking

This one is the flavor of the month , no need to drill holes in the expansion tank , tried and tested and half the price. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/124325809550?hash=item1cf2654d8e:g:1D8AAOSw50xfafGI&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAAwBeKKbZMo%2F%2FA66ieSHCcHdkT0FMdyvxSswJc1ASUG1c%2F3OvIe3RZtIpprYfwqqGYko2B...

Re: Buy a new engine...or repair the one we have?
Hi apologies for delay in responding - had notifications switched off in error; replies below Engine = V6 Garage did not tell me what the extent of the oversize wear on the cylinder was (and I didn't ask!) Is the engine stripped at the moment ,ie cylinder heads off ?? No, we are still driving it as...

Re: cooling
Yes I would recommend fitting a low coolant alarm, it does not matter what vehicle unless air cooled all systems can lose coolant .Mainly due to leaking hoses/water pump/thermostat/core plugs/matrix/ leaving cap off expansion tank, the list goes on and on . These devises are now available at a very ...

Re: Remote viewing of Bongos
Hello again! Another day, another question :D As Bongos are being put up for sale all over the UK (and could be a long distance from potential buyers), are there any savvy Bongonauts able to go and look over a vehicle and offer their advice on if its a good buy or not? I suspect that the AA or RAC ...

Power Steering: Do not overfill. Add 5 % by volume of fluid to reservoir, hope this helps .
