Re: Engine Squeak
Give the suspect belt a squirt of soapy water with a plant sprayer set on point. If there is any change then thats the belt to swop/adjust.
If you change a twin belt then both should be changed as a matched pair.

Re: Front Lower ball joint.
Might be easier if you removed the lower arm then push them out and back in again using a vice if not get them too an engineering firm with a press.
Thats if you have a big enough vice of course.

If you bridge the wires from the tap does the pump run?
At least that would prove what tree you are barking up.

Freda front bumper
Has anyone fitted a Freda facelift bumper to replace a Bongo face lift bumper ( with the lower spoiler) If yes was this a simple swop. I am thinking of the intercooler ducting being a potential problem.
Secondly was the Freda even available as a diesel?

Re: Extending the rear blind switches
Problem with going off the socket like that is your gonna need a plug when you get to the switch. There should be enough slack to allow you to snip the plug off and extend. Is the van insulated, could that be stopping you getting the slack? In the image I posted re speakers you can see the slack you ...
