Sorry just checked and there is a download of the fuses on the members section

Does anyone know what is the max current you can draw from the rear cigar lighter socket? In other words what else is on the cigar socket circuit and what value fuse protects it?

Re: Tinted Rear Window - can you see parking mirror?
I have a dark limo tint on mine and the rear mirror is very difficult to see in anything other than good daylight. However as I have reversing camera this is not a problem.

MOT advisories ball joint rubbers
Bongo passed MOT today, only advisories were slight blow from rear exhaust back box and slight cracking of ball joint rubbers. Based on age and condition of the wishbones would I be better off getting a set of wishbones from club shop will ball joints already fitted? How easy are they to change? Any...

Re: Rear drop link question
the nuts are not really the problem, its that they are bolted to studs that are welded to a backplate that is part of the axle, so if the bolt is tight and the stud breaks then you have to drill out and fit a standard bolt. you can see the 4 studs in this link. http://lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2...

Re: Rear drop link question
Thanks Mike, I gave the drop links a good squirt with WD40 earlier and will again tomorrow morning before I start.
If I do have to grind them off are they pretty standard to get hold of?

Re: What does this do?
#-o It's no good Northern Bongolow, I had to strip it down again, I wasn't happy with leaving the vacuum pipe taped up, so took the tube to local motor factors, they had a slightly bigger external diameter tube but it had the same internal diameter, so I changed all the vacuum tubes. The one that co...

Re: What does this do?
Thanks NB, Yes mine is an early 95 bongo with winter pack and short section exhaust, I don't think the EGR has been blanked off, I noticed all the vac pipes have gone hard at the ends or were they made like this? I wouldn't have thought so prob due to age, heat etc. Anyway I taped the small split up ...
