did you oil the k and n first,or did it come pre oiled,black smoke would suggest to much fuel to air mix.let the new filter settle in and dry a little,it should get better.

as far as im aware any rear fog light switch must either have a light in it to say its on or a light on the dash to show its on,just something else to think about.but i stand to be corrected.

oh dear. are the turbo bits from the old one or the new one. the winter pack diverter valve can just be removed,as its a bit over the top for uk,and they tend to seize through lack of use,if you remove it you will need a new section of exhaust(longer) and blank off the air supply pipe with a bolt an...

hi , not familiar with the 2 litre petrol but the temp sender will be similar on all models me thinks. i would be very cautious of driving it to the garage until your happy that its just a temp sender fault or wiring fault. i would look for the temp sender,usually somewhere high up on the cylinder h...
