No it is the plastic body coloured strip between the wheels shown in bold black on your diagram.

With regard to the plastic sill trim on my 2002 it has dislodged from the fittings at the rear wheel end, can anyone tell me how to fix it back on?? Looks like the female part on the plastic trim has an opening to allow this to be pushed front to rear along the length rather than just pushing agains...
