Re: Major Leak of what
Gearbox fluid coolant pipes .
Two pipes (flow & return) about five feet long from the gearbox to the bottom of the radiator ..
Temp. fix is to cut out the rusty part of the metal pipe .. and 'splice' some oil proof / hydraulic 'rubber pipe in with jubilee clips ....

Re: Rear brakes
Disc brakes are pads .. The hand brake are shoes inside the drum .. It's not unknown for the friction material to come un bonded from the metal ..

Re: ABS diagnostics
The dealer had removed the bulb in mine to hide the ABS fault (Pre MOT failure time) .. Checked the brake lights .. normal bulbs .. not LEDs .. I metered all the wheel sensors for resistance and they where all OK .. Fed 12volts to the ABS pump .. that 'fired' up OK .. Checking for continuity (broken...

Re: Flashlube and the V6
I have had three JDM motors running on LPG .. personally I would not leave home with out Flash lube .. All mine have had the cheopo vacuum operated version and alI have been faultless .. I would advise you to have the fill up container under the front bonnet and not in the engine bay as my Bongo V6 ...

Re: converting to LPG
Ask a Taxi driver ... Many local Taxis run on LPG and there are 'off the grid' places that service them .. mine in Walsall is part of a car wash / used tyres pitch ..

Re: Change transmission fluid
Mine was a 1998 and had a drain plug .. I would have thought the later models would have as well .. Once you have the motor 'off the ground' and the fluid is out then it's just a five minute job to drop the sump and remove the filter .. I have to confess .. rather than manually using a ratchet and a...

Re: Change transmission fluid
It's realy easy to remove the auto box sump .. Like I said some sumps have a drain plug .. some don't and either pump the fluid out via the dip stick tube .. or 'tilt it out' .. Which means .. Firstly slackening all the sump bolts ... put a drain pan (I use a baby bath) under the sump .. then remove...
