Hi Aww....c'mon, it's the easiest thing in the world to cook....how else would all these "nincompoop" chefs get a job on TV. Grab a pan, bung in some olive oil, and hot it up a bit (watch out that Popeye isn't looking). Bung in some meat...any old sort will do...throw plenty of chopped on...
