Hatris.........if they mean the driveplate for the torque convertor then that can be checked with the gearbox in place and therefore a decision could be made as to whether the fault is the driveplate or the gearbox, I would expect a garage like Wheelquick to know that kind of basic mechanics stuff ...

Hi Wheelquick have our bongo and have asked us to locate a gear box and price it up. Its not deffinite that it is the gearbox, could be a drive plate. Any ideas where to look?
