Good morning,
Looking for some help please
First time owners of a Mazda Bongo Hi-Top and very much enjoying The issue I’m having is fixing the awning. I purchased the “Outdoor Revolution Turismo” - drive away awning after looking online...
I tried to fix with the fig 8 and Kadar strip onto the guttering and it was loose and the sides of the awning would not adjust to sit correctly.
Can anyone advise please if this awning is suitable or a alternative awning for altered roof which would fit?
Thank you
Shaun (Aberdeen, Scotland)

Hi
Sorry I can't help with the awning, but great looking Bongo, and welcome aboard.

Re: Awning for Mazda Bongo Aero Hi-Top
I see reports where the fig8 has only been gently pushed over the lip of the rain gutter and hence is loose, could this be your problem ?
There seems to be two methods to get it on tightly, slide it from one end all the way along or place it over the lip and then pull downwards until it clicks over the edge to fully grip the gutter.

Thank for this I’ve just gently pushed it in so I will try the two methods you have mentioned and see if this helps. Thanksg8dhe wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2020 9:01 am I see reports where the fig8 has only been gently pushed over the lip of the rain gutter and hence is loose, could this be your problem ?
