I'm undecided. I want to come but may be selling the van. [-X Would I be accepted in my tent?? It may have to be a last minute decision due to an impending arrival [-o<

How many times do I have to tell you that you are not allowed to sell the van? It is a travelling carry cot for the impending arrival.

And yes you can come in your tent seeing as it is more or less your local!

We've booked (2+1+dog), but only for the Friday and Saturday nights. Haven't had a good night away with the boy, yet!!!

I'm still toying with the idea of coming down for the Saturday night only.

I think I'll be there too, just got to make sure I'm not already busy that weekend.

We hope to come along too providing Bongo is in a fit state (still undergoing surgery) and shift rotas fit.

Last time we stayed in the region we climbed Cairngorm and Ben Macdui in the one walk. Anyone up for something similar in height, but less demanding?

Looks good for a trip up Cairn Gorm on the mountain railway - higher than Snowdon
Paul if you want to go to the top of the Cairngorm Mountain then you had better bring your boots with you. The mountain railway only goes as far up as 3,599ft (1,097m), you have another 485ft (148m) still to go before you get to the top.

Last time I went up outside of the ski season, you were not allowed out on the hill if you went up on the train.

It seems that you can these days. What a rip off being obliged to pay a guide to lead you on a short walk that you could do blind folded.
