This thread is now locked. Most of the information has been placed in the updated Compatible Parts Database which you can download here:

https://igmaynard.co.uk/member-area/mem ... #databases

If you have parts to add, please email me at [email protected]

________________________________________________________________

It has been suggested that we start this databse, and park it on the main website. Good idea!

If you discover a part from another vehicle that fits a Bongo, post on here in the format shown below, and I will add it to the database.

Why the handbrake grip and button? - well the nice shiney MX5 alloy ones will fit the Bongo

The elusive 102mm glow plug has been found. And all along, guess what? It is the same as on a Ford Ranger pick up!

Throttle position senor

Post by corblimey » Fri Oct 19, 2007 2:35 pm

I'm told the throttle position senor from an Isuzu Trooper (don't know which model) is the same as the auto Bongo. Unfortunately the loom connectors are not compatible so it would need to be patched in to the bongo loom.

<edit>
The correct Mazda fit TPS is manufactured by Zexel (Bosch) and their part # is 146684-6621. The equivalent Bosch part # is 9 461 619 201
