Washer bottle

Hi Guys
Looks like I have a leak on my washer bottle. Anyone had the same and is it easy to remove ?

It depends if you have a leisure battery in front of it I guess. I don't and it was quite a straight forward job to unbolt it and remove it. Main thing to realise is that there are two motors one you can see easily the other is right down the bottom of the bottle. The lower one is the one for the windscreen the upper one for the rear window. Remove the bolts holding it on then the tubes connected to the two pumps and the wire connectors to both pumps. with all this removed it does just lift up and out. regarding the leak, mine was around the lower motor which is just a push fit. I had to fit the pump then run some sealant round it which did the job. hope this helps.

Yep, just as Jules has said.

Had mine out as one of the pumps had failed, but cheap enough from flea bay.

Done mine more than once, for failed pumps, and need to do it again for failed rear pump. I had to remove leisure but job still not so bad. Main hassle was making sure washer bottle didnt have small leak on reassembly as with everything wet it can be hard to be sure and its a pain discovering a week later its emptied.
