Yep Im pleased, less difficult that my brain was leading me to believe!

All revved up to get it all finished today and got the cam belt cover back on then remembered that the air inlet to air inlet elbow was next BUT a previous owner had reused the gasket which was in shoddy repair and used loads of red liquid gasket of some sort too. I'd ordered some gasket paper from ebay and will make my own but forgot it hadn't arrived yet

Glad it all went ok for you in the end. Sometimes things are not as bad as they seem in your head.... but then again :) :) :) :)
