Door Sensor / Jamb

Post by Allenbongo » Wed Jul 22, 2020 12:21 am

Hi, the sensor on the bottom corner of the drivers door has snapped/broken so now the light won’t go out on the dash.

Any ideas where I can get a replacement or is it a universal eBay type item, just need to check the size?

I search through old posts etc but the only one that seems to have link to eBay was too old so it doesn’t work

Thanks

You should me able to get these switches from Mazda or Auto parts shops, the part number is J00166540.

Finally got round to sorting this, thanks for the guidance, bongo spares to the rescue as ever. Took all of 3mins to swap it out and now no warning light on when driving, happy days.
