If you are going away somewhere and don't mind meeting up with other Bongo owners or if you've been somewhere & want to tell us about it & stick up your photos, put the details here.

Great Dinner and breakfast Matt. You are not going to Alithwaite at the end of the month by any chance are you. If the weather is lousy Jo will probably let you cook in the kitchen of the village hall. Yum!

Brian - cheers for getting all that rice done at a moment's notice - there wasn't an awful lot of it left! Lifesaver! =D>

Those of you who left on Sunday, did the right thing. Hurricane Bertha hit Dent with a vengeance overnight. Suffice to say we were up at 5.30am to take down what was left of the awning. Otherwise had a great weekend meeting old and new friends. Gordon & Moira (and Charlie).

2nd that. Nice to meet you both. Would have preferred you not to have met Bertha, and hope normal service restored shortly. See you at the next one. Mike and Trish

Hey... with a two-for-the-price-of-one deal on non-electric pitches, my own personal mains water supply, a first class "to-the-tent" courier service and very reasonable agent fees  , the job's a good'un! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D =D>

Having paid for that humungous pot, now...... it's gonna get used, and you're all gettin' fed from it - whether you like it or not! :)

Doing the full Sunday roast in the pots this Saturday, if anyone's in Fife... =P~ =P~

Hi All,
We certainly were blessed with the weather. Had it much worse down south.

Matt, I followed in your tracks re the gas situation. Despaired over the Sedburgh gas station being shut, went into Kendal rather than risking motorway, found 2 knowledgeable locals who directed me to a gas station and filled up before hitting the motorway with a peaceful mind.
Took 6 long, slow hours getting home though. Only 4 on the way up.

Thanks again for the great chilli. Pleased to lend a hand, and happy to be of service in future.

Hi to everyone else that I spent time with over the weekend, especially my old muckers, Gilly and Barry.

See you all at Looe, all being well,

Best wishes,
Marion. :D
