If the SNP get their way they will no longer be part of the UK ;-)
Might need to have a Bongo humanitarian run to help feed them ?

The referendum has been and gone, and hopefully that should have been the end of it for a generation at least, yes the Snp's ultimate goal is to eventually get independence, they are also there to get the best possible deal for their constituents, and as labour has leaned towards the right in an attempt to win votes from you English chaps, Scotland being a mainly socialist country has no option but to go for the snp, it's a bit ironic that a few months ago, Miliband, Cameron and Clegg were up here on mass begging Scotland to stay in the UK, now because the people of Scotland won't vote the way English parties want them to we are now the enemy. "Better together" it certainly does not feel it.

Well said my northern brethren! I trust none of them 8) they tell too many lies :^o [-X . Just look back in the past! The world is in a proper mess, problems escaping problems and causing more problems, the beaches are full of them! Everything went mad when Blair listened to the yanks? We are living in the birth of the new world order, voting has nothing to do with us,it's all sorted behind closed doors

Hi
One problem with Scotland splitting from England will be the BIG embarrassment of having to wait in line behind serbia, Albania, and so on for accession to the EU...trust me, the blighters in the EU would enjoy that. Great Britain has more power together than separately, but individual countries should have more power, and no say in the other countries ruling, but an accepted joint stance in a FEW appropriate areas...a kind of "Separate Together" treaty
Cheers
Helen

For future note Ian, have you tried Fforest Fields near Builth Wells? The site is excellent and they have a large field with many electric hookups and a number of hardstandings on the side of the proper site.. I don't know if they do accommodate rallies or how much it would cost but the attitude of the staff is excellent (they leave you alone), the facilties are first class, shop for basics, logs for sale and firepits for hire. Excellent walking from the site. Pubs within 1 mile (no dogs inside though) and 5 miles over the hill (not tried). Fishing lake and boating/dog swim lake (!) on site. Human swimming allowed too!
