Can anyone advise on the storage for the table top and wooden spacer for the bed. I was advised that they may be stored in the roof?
I have a full side conversion and the table can slide between the rear of the driver seat and the kitchen units. Push seat back and the table stays put.

I got my van converted by Custom Coach Ltd. Of Caldicot in South Wales
The guys did a great job. Really pleased with it
PS. I store the table behind the drivers seat when not in use - it usually needs something to hold it in place, like a cushion,
otherwise, it will slide out when going around corners...

PS. I'm a newbie, and struggling to work out how to attach pics, sorry :(

Photos can't be uploaded to the forum but need to be linked to and external server. There are some notes in the FAQs but I never worked it out either. Like your Avatar by the way - looks good.
Ref the table behind the driver seat that's my trick but as the seat is pushed as far back as possible against the kitxchen unit, there is no chance the table will move. My only moan about the Bongo is that I could do with driver seat going much further back.

Ah yes, I realised that just after posting this comment - now I need to set up an imgur account (or something similar...) I did have one, but can't recall my password for it! Doh

Re my avatar, thanks - it is of course, the single by the Revillos - "Bongo Brain" one of my favourites by them
and I must admit, I sing it most times I'm driving my Bongo!

Ok so I admit I had to Google that and play a YouTube copy - I can see what you mean it would be worth of adding to the Bongo Playlist. :D

Had our wheel arches replaced around Easter, and a complete respray. So I took the opportunity to start again on the side conversion (and fit an Eberspacher for the cold Scottish winters). Three months and God knows how many hundreds of hours, cuts, bruises, sheets of birch ply and swear words later...

This is fantastic. I don't suppose you have any plans you want to sell?

Thanks folks! Spending my first night in it tonight!

No plans I’m afraid. I did do some drawings but there was a looooot of freestyling...

Bongojoe, that is exquisite craftsmanship and vision, absolutely love it, especially the little switch gear touches. Fantastic inspirational job!!

That's so good! And such a cheerful colour!

Is it possible to have swivel seats in bongo? When we had ours some Yeats ago I don't think it was but maybe now? If so, any pic of conversions with seats swivelled? Thanks
