Hi there.
Basically we are looking for a campsite for one night near to Blencowe Hall on Sunday 1st June.
The problem is that everyone is giving me different opinions and I have no idea.
We are heading down from Aberdeenshire, stopping off there for one night and then heading on to Elm's Bed caravan site near Manchester (knew I would get there sooner or later) for one night before ending up in Birmingham airport.
So... recommendations so far are:
Troutbeck head.
Lowther.
Bleatarn Farm (certified site).
What would you guys recommend?? The main thing is that we are going to see Blencowe Hall so want to be near to it and probably have a wee nosey in Appleby so anywhere near there would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Bit delayed but we ended up at the most amazing site. Threlkeld Hall.

It has amazing views. A ten-fifteen minute walk to the pubs (if you are smart you will find the path and not walk along the road like us), brand new bathroom facilities. It was just wonderful.
