A quick warning on this one. I bought the guide from them online using Paypal on 10th may and nothing has arrived, though the money was taken from my Paypal account immediately. I called their low-rate 0844 number this morning and go a message saying no-one was available to take my call and I could not leave a message. I've opened a Paypal dispute and will move it forward to a chargeback claim in a day or two if Cade's don't explain what is going on.

The trouble with many of the guides is that they may or may not be truly "independent" as some charge sites to be included.

I know. Its a dishonest world. I can only trust in the Bongomeister's judgement in steering me towards Cade's as being the most relevant for my needs. Its only £7.99 which isn't too bad, provided someone can ACTUALLY send me on before summer is over.

Just checked, I paid Paypal on 12 May...Just sent email to customer services.

Quick update. Having raised a dispute on Paypal mid week then deciding enough was enough and escalating it to wanting my money back last night, the flaming thing arrived in the post today (coincidence?). So now I have to cancel the cancel on paypal. Grrr. No communication from Cade's whatsoever! Anyway all's well that ends.......

Just come back after a couple of days away and what should be on the doormat? I started a dispute a few days ago. Can't be coincidence!
