Bought the same flush fitting fog lamp for £10 plus p&p and vat, total cost £13.51. Arrived the following day, very happy with it and it fitted perfectly.

I'll have a look bigdaddy but dont recall anything much on them. The post before yours in this thread gives a good source. Might be worth phoning them and asking. Or ask Bongobits - I'd imagine they wouldnt charge any different just cos they have clear lenses. Also, even 2 x red lights give a decent bit of light behind, though being red it may be attenuated through tinted glass (any physicists care to comment?)

Thanks mike, i'm after clear ones really, there's such a dark tint on my rear window that the red illumination isn't really sufficient. I barely use my bongo in the winter time( i.e. fog season) So the rear fog lights are only really used to their purpose for the m.o.t. examiner! As soon as i get home from the m.o.t. i whip the "reds" off and replace the "clears". I'm after the same amount of "white light " output, just not from my danglies (wahay!) And those flush one's look so much better.

bigdaddycain, just because you have got through an MOT with legal rear foglamps doesn't prevent you from being "done" for not having them working if you are stopped for any reason.
Remember, fog can occur at any time of year.
About the only time we get it here on the coast is on summer days when a big bank of the stuff rolls in from the sea.

Thers a big choice of small ones in Halfords or on the net.
