Westons Cider

Post by mikexgough » Thu May 13, 2010 8:14 pm

I am at the Bash from the Wednesday and I am going to take a trip down to Westons Cider at Much Marcle....

Cider lovers will recognise the brand as being a good 'un too. It's around 40 miles from the bash so a nice trip out......plus I can get some supplies for the weekend to...

If there is anyone wants to come down with me or convoy down then let me know...... I will go on the Thursday or the Friday....

Hazel & Rachel are coming across on Friday evening to join me for the rest of the bash....

Hi Guys.

Be aware that you can buy Weston's cider for less ££££'s in the $upermarket$. The factory shop is not cheap. The eatery looks quite nice though. I've been a couple of times after the Much Marcle steam rally in July purely for research purposes of course \:D/

Lyne Down Cider is just up the road apparently. Couldn't find the place last time I went though, but with the advent of Google Streets I think this might be it.

I've been to the Cider House and the place is amazing, in many ways! From the parrot behind the bar to the take out cider in plastic containers, it would be worth a trip if you are a fan of the stuff.
