More Fuel pump seals
If anyone wants any advice on the side seals on the ZExel pump I will be glad to provide it. However has anyone fitted the seal at the distribution end of the pump? I have a weep there and want to know if the large central nut around 37m/m can be removed without bits shooting out?

Nooooooo not me - did my back in trying to do them a couple of years back. Never again. I'll leave it to the pros (I've since had the outer one done and the inner only has a v. slight drip so I put a rag on the undertray to soak up any spliiage and change it every few months).Tripewriter wrote:Well Mike if that means you I can tell you the easy way(sic) of doing the blanking plate seal on the engine side!
