If you have somewhere you can get them fitted cheap, Camskill have quite a range for just over £60 each.

I inherited some 225/45/18's on mine of a generic chinese make rated at 95. (They cost about £80 a corner I believe).

My speedo reads about 79mph at 70 on Satnav. Since mine has a chip and was 'allegedly' recalibrated by Hallen Imports when it arrived in the UK, what should I be doing ???

thanks

:? You could buy a good new tyre for the cost of a drive to Guyhirn and back.

Why not try Compass Cars at St Ives (opposite Hi-Sell) see if Ed there can find you some 245/40-18's with the right load rating, he can often find a deal somewhere.

Another place to try is Fast Fit at the back of Cole & Day in Somersham.
